hourly / price

Here at East Devon Handyman a percentage of our work runs on an hourly rate such as flat pack assembly, cleaning and DIY / Oddjobs. This suits all parties best as I charge from when I arrive and start the job and stops when the job is complete.

Certain jobs such as painting & decorating, fencing and carpentry usually work best of a price schedule. We will go through the job at hand, discuss materials and suitable timeframes. A quote will be put together with a price for the completed job at hand.

Materials

All though most companies will charge a mark up for the materials, East Devon Handyman does not do this. We charge you what our costs are! With certain materials we may even be able to save you money using our trade discount. If you require us to pick up materials there may be a travelling charge to do this (depending on location).

Discounts

A lot of the time we find the handyman work we do is out of necessity rather than luxury. We understand times can be hard and money tight. Here at East Devon Handyman we are friendly humans and are always open and happy to help where we can. We cannot do free work but are certainly happy to add any discounts when genuinely needed and deserved.
